pkrspin Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and pkrspin ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the pkrspin website, mobile application and any related services offered under the pkrspin brand at pkrspin.vin.

By clicking "Register", completing account sign-up, making a deposit or placing a bet on pkrspin, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in full, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and pkrspin.

These Terms are written in English and govern all interactions with the platform. 2 Eligibility

To register and use pkrspin, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on pkrspin at the time of registration or use.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on pkrspin. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, pkrspin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any bonuses received, and return only the original deposit balance to the primary account at its discretion.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, active mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrspin login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. pkrspin staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity performed through your account is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to pkrspin support prior to that activity taking place.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pkrspin may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or evidence of payment method ownership. Verification is typically required before processing the first withdrawal or when transaction thresholds are reached. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame requested may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pkrspin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier at time of deposit.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These amounts may vary by payment method. pkrspin does not charge deposit processing fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside pkrspin's control.

Deposits are credited to your pkrspin account balance once confirmed by the payment network. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time. pkrspin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

pkrspin reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it suspects the funds are connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, the matter will be investigated and the player notified in accordance with our internal policies.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to the limits and availability of that method. All withdrawals are in PKR. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier.

Before a withdrawal is approved, pkrspin may require completion of identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held pending document review. pkrspin aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary based on the payment method selected.

Withdrawals from bonus-derived balances are only available once the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before wagering is complete will either be declined or will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited, depending on the bonus type.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on pkrspin — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback — are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as these general bonus rules. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be bet thirty times in eligible games before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — contribution percentages are listed on the promotions page.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pkrspin monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and unusual betting patterns. Where bonus abuse is identified, pkrspin reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings and, in serious cases, close the account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not been wagered or withdrawn before the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. Extensions are not granted except at pkrspin's discretion in exceptional circumstances.

7 Game Rules & Sports Betting

Each game available on pkrspin — whether a slot title, live casino table or sports betting market — operates under its own set of rules. For slot games, the rules, paytable, RTP (Return to Player) percentage and bonus feature conditions are accessible within the game itself. pkrspin does not modify game mechanics; all slots are provided by third-party software providers and audited independently.

For sports betting, markets are offered on Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports and other sports as available at the time of betting. Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed before the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed; the odds confirmed at the time of bet submission are the odds that apply to that wager.

In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects a game outcome or bet settlement, pkrspin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Settlement decisions made in good faith based on available information are final once confirmed, subject to the dispute process below.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkrspin and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account to circumvent these Terms
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or malfunctions for financial gain — any winnings obtained through a known exploit must be reported and will be voided
• Using pkrspin for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method that does not belong to you
• Colluding with other players or with platform staff to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation

9 Account Suspension & Closure

pkrspin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, inactivity for an extended period, or at the player's own request.

If your account is closed for breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not the subject of an active investigation may be returned to you via your registered payment method following account review.

Players who wish to close their own account can contact pkrspin support at any time. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, you may also request a self-exclusion period instead of permanent closure — see Section 11 for details.

pkrspin may also close dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity and a zero balance for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months — without prior notice.

10 Privacy & Data

pkrspin collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is available at pkrspin.vin/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. The personal data you provide when registering — including your name, CNIC details, contact information and payment details — is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions and communicate with you about your account and promotional offers where you have opted in.

pkrspin does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operations (such as payment processors) and where required by law. All data is handled in accordance with the standards described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

pkrspin is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for adult players. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much PKR you can deposit into your pkrspin account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing in a set time period. Once reached, further play is paused until the period resets or a new limit is set.

To the maximum extent permitted, pkrspin's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — for any cause of action, including breach of contract, negligence or otherwise — is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrspin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of winnings claimed to have been prevented by a technical error, where the error has been investigated and found to have occurred in normal operating parameters. Players who believe a technical error has affected their account should contact support within 72 hours of the affected session.

13 Changes to These Terms

pkrspin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the email address registered to their account and/or through a notice displayed on the platform at login. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
